Holiday Inn & Suites Wausau-Rothschild By Ihg

A Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds

A Jacuzzi malfunction, poor manager attitude

Marvellous location just off a bar/restaurant and would want to do and a grocery store. Also, to the ski hill.

the bed was really nice, and clean room

cold breakfast was disapointing

The pool and fitness area were good, boasting plenty of towels and inviting space , while the friendly staff made our experience nice.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was favourable and excellent to everything you need or would want to do. The room was a nice size and newly decorated and come with central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. The meals in an attached restaurant were good.

Coffee maker delays and moldy replacements aren't what I'd expect from a hotel at this price point!!! Reservations for breakfast without any prior notice is frustrating, especially when you're on a tight schedule!!!

The suite was clean and spacious with two beds. We enjoyed the in-house bar/restaurant. The amenities. Easy access to local attractions was a plus. Staff were polite and helpful 😊

The suite we had wasvery comfy and tidy. The bar and restaurant were enjoyable. The ample parking was a plus and really helped us out to the area.

I had a clean suite with a nice bar/restaurant on-site, but the overpriced dining was a letdown. I'd still consider staying again for the bar experience.

The hotel is nice, and has great wi-fi, a bar area, and an indoor pool. The staff once helped me retrieve a piece of forgotten jewelry, made a lasting impression. The bartender Dani made our downtime enjoyable. Highly recommend a stay here for a romantic escape!

Brace yourself for this review!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We had a spacious room with two queens, and despite being busy, it remained quiet. The fast, free internet accommodated all our devices. And the restaurant offered a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again, especially for convenient access to local attractions.

cozy, cozy, cozy

I loved my spacious suite with two comfy beds! The bar and restaurant on-site were such a delight. I enjoyed delicious grilled salmon and their breakfast omelets made with real potatoes. Plus, the fast, free internet kept us connected and entertained all night!

The suite with two beds was clean and pretty spacious. The mattresses did feel kind of saggy, so sleep wasn't the best. Bathrooms were nicely lit and had good space. Free fast internet was a win, especially with our multiple devices. It felt comfortable enough despite the bed issues.

We enjoyed a spacious suite with great amenities, like a fridge and microwave. The new restaurant's breakfast was excellent, with large portions of fresh fish for lunch after skiing. We faced delays in getting a coffee maker and milk for our child, frustrating. If you're traveling with a pet, this hotel is a solid choice.

Enjoyed great snacks at the bar and a clean indoor pool. Beds sagged too much.
